Greyhound Racing Tips Review

Greyhound Racing Tips is run by Shaun Murphy, a greyhound enthusiast with over 30 years experience as a greyhound owner, trainer and kennel head who has made the switch to a greyhound tipster.

He has all the relevant credentials to be a quality greyhound tipster and my Greyhound Racing Tips review will really put him to the test.

The service has been proofing for more than seven months and is claiming a 40% strike rate. While on holiday for the past week, Shaun has been sending me his selections which have produced 11 winners from 14 with an ante post selection winning at an impressive 12/1.

If he can bring this kind of form into my review then I will be very excited. Shaun approached me to do the review and I always find that tipsters who come to me are often the most reliable. I hope that Shaun can keep this trend alive.

How Does it Work?

Shaun sends his Greyhound Racing Tips by email a day in advance, often with better ante post prices. The emails also have reasoning behind each selection which details the thought process that has gone into the selections. These include weather, circuit and trap number which can often be a big deciding factor.

I decided to run my Greyhound Racing Tips review for 90 days using flat £100 stakes.

Results

Week 1 saw an exciting start to my review with a well priced winner, but the bank balance fluctuated throughout the week.

Week 2 was amazing! There was a 12/1 ante post selection that has won the Wimbledon St Ledger making this week very prosperous. The final took place 11/11/14 at 9.19 and the ante post that was advised on 2.11.14 rocked in as the tournament winner. What a top shout!

Week 3 was not great with my bank balance taking a small hit. I was still playing with the bookmakers money though so nothing to worry about just yet.

Week 4 made it two bad weeks in a row. I trust Shaun and Greyhound Racing Tips will bounce back as two ante post bets won their respective races so I will await the next round of their Belle Vue Bets Oaks competition.

Week 5 had four winners but, despite that, six losers did some damage.

Week 6 was mixed with more losers than winners. Shaun admitted that he had had a bad start to December and has also pointed out that I would be in profit if I had taken advantage of the early prices as he does when he sends his tips out a day in advance.

Week 7 was busy and had a 5/1 winner, but there was not much change to my bank balance.

Week 8 saw no real change to my bank balance with more ups and downs.

Week 9 was a good one! There were a few well priced winners bringing my Greyhound Racing Tips review into profit and with four weeks to go, it looks promising.

Week 10 saw my bank balance turned upside down during what was a losing week.

Week 11 saw the slide continue. There were two winners this week, but it was not enough.

Week 12 saw time running out and I could not see a turnaround at this rate.

Week 13 didn't do the trick and my Greyhound Racing Tips review ended in a loss.

Review Conclusion

Unfortunately, my Greyhound Racing Tips review ended in disappointment. I was up and down at various points and actually sat on 14 points profit at one stage, but it fell away again to leave me with £1,485 loss.

Shaun Murphy, the author of the system, is very approachable and confident in his system. The tips are delivered often the day before the event and a full explanation behind the selection is given. Shaun definitely knows his greyhounds and has good contacts at Belle Vue so I am not sure if the problem was with the selection process or the actual sport.

I would be keen to see if any other greyhound tipsters can do any better because there are a lot of factors involved in greyhound racing and I am not actually sure if form counts for as much as it does in other sports.
